Dinner - Indonesian noodles sauteed with mushrooms
Ingredient : Indonesian noodles, ginger and garlic, soy sauce, mix of mushroom, cumin, cannela, ground coriander, green beans, lettuce, and fresh cilantro at the end.
Lunch - Veggie rice and navy beans with tomato sauce
I know, this mix seems a bit strange at first sight, but it's really good.
Ingredients : Navy beans with home made tomato sauce on top (tomatoes + onions slowly cooked). Brown rice with sweet corn, green peas, diced carrots, diced bell pepper, spring onions and spring garlic.
We added a sweet chilli thai sauce on top.

Lunch - Sweet potato noddles with veggies in coconut milk
Fry turmeric root, ginger root, garlic, onion.
Add garam masala and cumin, chopped carrots, red bell pepper.
Cook the noddles and add them to the mix.
Add coconut milk, salt and mushrooms.
Cook for 5 more minutes
Noodles are ready to be served.
Absolutely delicious.
Dinner - Vegan heart of palm BBQ sandwich
I've found this great recipe of a vegan BBQ sandwich so I decided to give it a try.
I made my own whole wheat bun.
I mixed a full can of heart of palm with the BBQ sauce, some onion and red bell pepper.
I made low fat delicious fries, I served the BBQ sandwich with gratted carrot.
Very tasty !

Lunch - Awesome and easy quinoa salad with arepas
Mix arepa flour with water and salt, then portion dough in small balls. Flatten the ball to form arepas, cook them 5 minutes each side.
Ingredients : Chop sping onions, a red bell pepper, one cucumber. Shred carrots and zucchini.
Add boiled quinoa, basil, balsamic vinegar, orange juice mixed with tahini.
Serve on some lettuce leaves

Breakfast - Tahini dressing veggie sandwich
Ingredient : Rye bread, carrots, tomatoes, sping garlic, chia seeds, avocado, and a delicious Tahini dressing
